Do extra chores around the house you don’t normally do. (30 minutes)
Invite a friend to Brigade. Discuss this with your parents before and after the invite. (Note: They don’t have to say ‘Yes’)
Find a way to serve in your neighborhood. Help an elderly person. Clean up some garbage along the road, etc. (30 minutes)
Citizenship: In Secret
Leave an anonymous gift for someone as a surprise – leaving no trace of who it came from. (30 minutes)
Write a letter to thank a Church Pastor, Staff Member, or Volunteer for the work they do.
Choose a photo that includes a family member you enjoyed a special memory or event with and send them a copy of the picture along with a short note about why you love that memory.
Helping a sibling or friend with something – homework, chores, a project. (30 minutes)
Help with a cleaning project around church. (30 minutes)
Come up with your own idea for a project that you can do that involves serving and makes a difference. Do it, and then share with your Leaders what you did. (30+ minutes)
