We look forward to getting to know you and your family as we follow God’s purposes for developing relationships. We’ll strive to make the most of every opportunity to help you choose Christ and belong to the church family.

It is a way to move your faith from thoughts and words to acts that give evidence you believe.
It provides a spiritual family to support and encourage you in your walk with Christ.
Life is filled with challenges and trials. You don’t have to walk through those situations alone.
It gives you a place to discover and use your gifts in ministry.
God has invested a treasure in you. It’s possible you don’t even know what it is yet. Or, maybe you simply don’t know how to use your gifts to make a difference in our world. There are opportunities to figure it out here.
It places you under of the spiritual protection of godly leaders.
The leadership team at Calvary is committed to covering our church family in prayer and helping our church family to experience an authentic relationship with God.
It provides the kind of accountability necessary for growth.
This is not a control thing. Accountability is a process where you stop pretending. If you have to pretend around people then they don’t really know you. We refuse to pretend we are perfect. We would rather acknowledge our challenges and deal with them. This is how to grow in our faith.
What to expect in our exploring membership class
Date & Time
We offer our exploring membership class about once every three months. They take place on a Saturday morning from 9am till noon. Breakfast is provided.
What we talk about
Pastor Bob leads the class and explains our core values. He will explain what our staff, elders and council team are responsible for. It’s engaging. It’s interesting. You’ll have a few breaks and you’ll meet some new people.
You will have a chance to choose whether or not you would like to become a member. Council will review the applications and in a few weeks we’ll share our new members with the rest of our church family.
